You Will Always Carry Their Memory.

Now You Get to Choose What You Carry It With.

I'm Justin Fox. I lost my daughter Kailey, and the next morning I was back running a $170M retail operation. Grief didn't wait for a season when I had room to fall apart, and neither did my team, my family, or the people counting on me. I built the Living Legacy Path Method because nobody had written a path for people like us: still leading, still showing up, still carrying it all.

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

You Don't Get to Stop. Neither Did I.

I created Living Legacy Path after losing my daughter, Kailey, an experience that shattered me and ultimately shaped me. In the darkest valley of grief, I discovered purpose through honoring her memory: first with a scholarship, then by helping other grieving parents find meaning of their own. But here's the part most grief frameworks don't account for: I never got a season to step back and do that work. I had a store to run the next morning, and every morning after that. In 2024, Tony Robbins shared my story during a live event on transforming pain into purpose, using the same system I used to keep leading while I was falling apart. Now I walk beside other parents who are still carrying responsibility they can't set down: leaders, operators, the ones who don't get the luxury of falling apart in public. Not because I stepped outside my life to build this. Because I built it from inside mine.

This is the same path I used to rebuild my life after loss.

Your Path From Pain to Purpose

The Living Legacy Path Method: a cyclical path to carry their memory forward, not a program you finish once, but one you walk again with each new season, going deeper each time. Built by someone who never got to pause his own life to walk it the first time.

Landmark One

The Call

The wake-up moment: the phone call, the morning your life splits into before and after. Nobody asks for this landmark. It arrives on its own schedule and rearranges everything.

Landmark Two

The Tools

The practices that make movement possible when movement feels impossible. Not a finish line, a way to put your hands on a day again when the day feels unholdable.

Landmark Three

The Walk

The daily, unglamorous work of carrying loss forward while still living your actual life. This is where most of grief actually happens: not in the dramatic moments, in the thousands of ordinary ones.

Landmark Four

The Double Life

Learning to run two lives inside one body: the version of you that leads the meeting, and the version still missing someone so badly it changes how you breathe. Both are real.

Landmark Five

The Legacy

Turning what you're carrying into something that serves others. Not to justify the loss, but because love has to go somewhere. This is the landmark that turns the whole path into something you build with.

"I created this path after losing my daughter, Kailey. I know what it feels like to be shattered, and I know that healing is possible, even while you're still carrying everything else."
